History

Marina Praxedes de Lima, better known as Marina X-Lima, grew up watching the cartoon The Simpsons and because of the character Bart Simpson who rides a skateboard, asked for a skateboard as a gift for her parents on Children’s Day in 12/10/2017.

Got her first skateboard at the age of 6 and after a few weeks, realized that the skateboard was not very good and her family decided to build a new skateboard, this time with quality parts.

The passion for skateboarding increasing and sessions with friends also, began to dedicate himself more and more and naturally started his participation in the main national (STU National, Vert Battle) and international (Word Skate Games) championships with age of 10 years old in the modalities: Park and Vertical.

Marina X-Lima is currently part of the new generation of female skateboarding from Brazil and rose to the professional category at the age of 12 years old.
